Keo Duong worked for Youth for Peace, and Kdei Karuna for several years as a writer/researcher before  he spent more than two years as a core writer for the Khmer Rouge History Appat Bophana Audio-visual Resource Center. He is a lecturer in the History Department of the Royal University of Phnom Penh. He has published articles and book on history of Democratic Kampuchea. Currently, he is a Research Consultant on the project “Transformative history education: Learning from creative practices in Cambodia, Colombia and Iraq” and a Co-Investigator on the Cambodia strand of “Changing theStory”.
