With a focus on design driven social innovation & entrepreneurship, Laura is a  program designer, facilitator & social entrepreneur with a past as a chartered accountant. She is particularly interested in how a design approach can support, enable & drive individuals & organizations to be ‘catalysts of innovation’. 

Laura is co-founder of Impact Hub Phnom Penh, Cambodia's foremost impact-first incubator and largest community of youth changemakers. Its vision is to build a more innovative and impactful Cambodia through entrepreneurial mindsets and skills building, and achieves this through inspiring, enabling and connecting young entrepreneurs through the models of mindful entrepreneurship and innovation, aligning itself with the Sustainable Development Goals.

She is also Fellow of the UK’s RSA (Royal Society of Arts) and member of WWF’s Innovation Advisory groupLaura brings together her passions for creativity, impact and empathetic leadership with high organizational skills to support impactful businesses realize their potential.

Laura is partner on the Phase 2 Large Grant project 'Building inclusive and sustainable civil society: A social entrepreneurship toolkit created by and for young people' (Cambodia and Malaysia).
