Lauren joined Changing the Story as a Project Officer in May 2019. Prior to CTS, she worked as a Project Development Worker for several small charities in the UK including a local mental health and youth homelessness charity. Her career has been dedicated to elevating youth voice and creating space for youth participation in project development, activism, and campaigning. Lauren is passionate about Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion and sits on an E, D and I steering group for a local youth charity.
She has a BSc in Psychology and an MA in Global Development and Gender from the University of Leeds.
