Lulzim Hoti (7 arte)

Lulzim Hoti is the Founder and Director of "7Arte". He was born in Mitrovica, Kosovo in 1977. Graduated in Albanian Language and Literature, he continued his MA studies on International General Management in Pristina.  Mr. Hoti has 16 years experience working in the community and culture development in Kosovo and partially has been working as trainer/coacher on soft skills with focus on problem solving and negotiation. Mr.Hoti managed several cultural projects and assisted to the local institutions toward cultural policy development process. Currently he is lecturing at the “Kosovo Leadership Academy”

“7Arte” was established as a non-profit organization in 2006 in Mitrovica, Kosovo, with the aim to support young Kosovar artists and promote a common European culture. During its 11 years of existence, 7Arte has organized many multidisciplinary cultural activities such as: audio-visual workshops, music festivals, outdoor screening, street art, poetry nights, crafts fairs, exchange programs. Beside these, 7Arte organisation is working on research programs,  cultural policy development, peace building and environmental actions. 7Arte is member/associate member of European Network of Young Cinema- NISI MASA, Trans Europe Halles and Youth and Environment Europe.
